Sanctuary Art Center

Diversity, My work, photojournalism, Seattle, Still photography

Sanctuary Art Center changes lives of homeless youth through art and creativity, and I recently started working with the center to document some of their work. The center operates two spaces, including a gallery in Seattle . The pictures below are during a gallery show at the downtown Seattle space, where screen-printed shirts are also on sale.

Portraiture for WWISH

My work, Seattle, Still photography

Women’s Wellness and Integrated Social Health (WWISH) is an organization that runs workshops for incarcerated women. They do some great things to support the women and prepare them for their lives inside and outside of prison. Below is a portrait of the founder of WWISH, Laura Pavlou. Stay tuned for updates on a very interesting documentary film currently in the works!
