Duwamish River photo essay in Seattle Met magazine
UncategorizedI’ve been photographing Seattle’s Duwamish River for about a decade and it was a pleasure to see the work published in the Seattle Met fall 2020 issue. The layout and design looks great. It’s amazing to see a personal project finally find a home – and with 14 pages in the magazine.
As Stefan Milne writes: “Even after a century of commercial pollution—which had the EPA label it one of the most toxic sites in the U.S. in 2001—salmon still run in the river.
